We will now need to isolate the part of the network this disconnection issue is happening. We will need to eliminate WiFi as being the cause of this.
To do this, you will need to plug a laptop or computer into the router.
Find a spare ethernet cable and plug it into your laptop/computer. Plug the other end into an available LAN port, this should be labeled 1-4. On our WiFi Hub+ it looks like this:
The reason behind this is we want to see if a cabled connection performs better than through WiFi.
Use your device plugged in to see how it performs, you may need to use it for some time to figure out if it drops out alongside your WiFi devices.
If it's not possible to connect to the router, select "No". You might not have a computer or laptop capable to use ethernet, or it might not be physically possible to plug into the router, we will presume the issue at fault is WiFi, and this will guide you through WiFi troubleshooting.
