If you are only experiencing disconnections on one or some devices, there may be some troubleshooting that you can perform to get to the bottom of what is causing this.
Please be aware that this troubleshooting is outside our standard MyRepublic support scope and we can only recommend the following as a suggestion.
Reboot your device
Sometimes devices need a restart every so often to refresh cache or temporary files. Turn your device off for a few moments and then power it back on.
Your WiFi network can be reset by "forgetting" the MyRepublic WiFi network on your device. Visit the Wireless settings on your device, select the WiFi network you are connected to and choose options. Find "Forget Network". Once completed, re-connect to the WiFi with your WiFi password.
